All our locations have vehicles fully equipped for carrying out maintenance at our customers’ sites.

Example of a maintenance contract:

In order to keep the risk of press downtime to a minimum: we can offer a maintenance contract.
The maintenance system involves two visits a year in which we carry out the following tasks.

The following tasks are performed and checked on the first visit:
  • A checklist is compiled on the first visit in order to carry out checks based on this list on subsequent visits. (this list is compiled jointly with the customer).
  • Oil sampling for NASS class analysis.
  • Oil filters are replaced as necessary or if there is the slightest doubt about the status of the filter.
  • Any deficiencies we find are registered.
  • If possible, leaks and/or similar problems are corrected in consultation with production and/or the technical department.
  • In the event of NASS 10 heavy contamination, we check out the material.
  • If there is heavy contamination the tank is cleaned internally.
  • All filters in the system are replaced.
Following this visit a report is drawn up stating the deficiencies found and the measures that need to be taken in order to avoid problems. This report lists the major repairs to be carried out during the next visit.

The following tasks are performed and checked on the second visit:
  • Oil sampling for NASS class analysis.
  • Oil filters are replaced as necessary or if there is the slightest doubt about the status of the filter.
  • Any deficiencies are corrected, including those found during the last visit.
  • Pump and motor outputs are checked on a tester.
  • A report is drawn up after the test against which subsequent measurements will indicate any trends in system output.
  • cilinders are tested for internal leakage.
Fittings required to connect the tester are purchased and left with the customer after use, the intention being that the customer should keep the fittings available for the next visit or breakdown.
